Shipping Policy 

Additional charges for international orders
Please note that international orders may attract local customs taxes or duties upon arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the customer and are not the responsibility of Oce Boots. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the customer. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

 

Orders

We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Orders made over the weekend and NZ public holidays will be picked, packed & dispatched the following Monday (or next business day)

Boots – approx. 0.7kg each

 

International
We provide the option for DHL Express or Economy (Post) services for our international orders. Please refer to our guidelines for shipping estimates. Please understand that these are estimates and estimates only.

How can I track my order?
In your email you will find your tracking link from either one of our two shipping partners. Following your individual tracking link you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries.

 

My order is late?
Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

DISCLAIMER

Oce Boots is not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created an Authority to Leave at the address which an order is delivered to. Please ensure your address details are correct as Oce Boots takes no responsibility for deliveries which are made to addresses entered in error. Please contact either your Local Post Office or DHL Express via your tracking number details.
